would so now I’m going to enter into my individual experience with each app…Therapist Betterhelp… you can get individual teenager or couples counseling the cost is 40 to 70 dollars a week and that’s billed monthly it depends on what type of therapy you get the couples therapy is going to be a little more pricey than individual so that’s kind of how they scale it so during the time that I was on health I had three different counselors if you get a therapist that you do not think is a great fit for you you can ask for a therapist change which I would highly recommend if you do not like your therapist it’s extremely important to get somebody that you connect with and somebody that is actually there to assist you the first counselor that I had on was a female she appeared super sweet initially she was asking me questions why I existed what I desired help with and I was telling her that I just desired assist with my general anxiety and that my
panic attacks were getting way worse so I really wanted assist with that she initially recommended a few different coping strategies that we could attempt things like meditation and mindfulness and while those are fantastic strategies for many individuals those are just things that have actually not worked for me in the past perhaps due to the fact that I have not provided enough of a shot or given them enough time but meditating makes me so anxious I can not sit still my mind will not stop racing I can’t do it however I told her this I described to her that those are things that I’ve tried and they just didn’t work for me so she responded and said well if you’ve already tried whatever I can’t help you so I requested a therapist modification Therapist Betterhelp
