would so now I’m going to enter into my individual experience with each app…Betterhelp Insurance Bcbs… you can get individual teenager or couples counseling the cost is 40 to 70 dollars a week and that’s billed monthly it depends upon what type of counseling you get the couples therapy is going to be a little more costly than specific so that’s sort of how they scale it so during the time that I was on health I had 3 various counselors if you get a counselor that you do not think is a great fit for you you can ask for a counselor change which I would extremely suggest if you do not like your therapist it’s very important to get somebody that you get in touch with and someone that is really there to help you the first therapist that I had on was a woman she appeared incredibly sweet initially she was asking me concerns why I existed what I wanted help with and I was informing her that I simply desired aid with my general anxiety which my
