would so now I’m going to go into my individual experience with each app…Betterhelp Counselors… you can get specific teen or couples counseling the cost is 40 to 70 dollars a week which’s billed monthly it depends upon what type of counseling you get the couples counseling is going to be a little more expensive than individual so that’s type of how they scale it so during the time that I was on health I had 3 various therapists if you get a counselor that you do not think is a good suitable for you you can ask for a therapist change which I would extremely advise if you do not like your counselor it’s really important to get someone that you get in touch with and someone that is really there to assist you the first counselor that I had on was a woman she appeared very sweet initially she was asking me questions why I was there what I wanted help with and I was telling her that I simply wanted assist with my general anxiety which my
panic attacks were getting method worse so I actually desired assist with that she first suggested a few different coping strategies that we might try things like meditation and mindfulness and while those are terrific strategies for numerous individuals those are simply things that have not worked for me in the past possibly since I have not provided enough of a shot or given them sufficient time however meditating makes me so distressed I can not sit still my mind won’t stop racing I can’t do it but I informed her this I explained to her that those are things that I’ve tried and they just didn’t work for me so she responded and stated well if you’ve already attempted everything I can’t help you so I requested a therapist change Betterhelp Counselors
